The Resource & Policy Exchange, Inc. (RPX) is a US 501(c)(3) nonprofit international development organization, founded in 2003, with US headquarters located in New York State. RPX’s mission is to equalize health care standards, improve access to information and local participation in government around the world. This mission is addressed by providing support and strengthening activities of nonprofit organizations in developing regions. RPX has partnered with hundreds of international and local non-government organizations to implement projects in South America, Africa, Europe and Eurasia.
