International exchange programs place speakers in university and professional settings to present relevant material to students and professional peers in the US and abroad. The careful placement of culturally competent professionals and academics helps increase international cooperation and develop mutual respect among nations. Priority issues include economic science and development, political science, and perspectives on world history and current events.

Support for international professionals to participate in specialized training, conferences and seminars promotes the expansion of continuing education campaigns while encouraging the exchange of international ideas.
